You weren’t born smoking it’s a habit that you started probably in your early teens because everyone else was doing it to look cool or grown up! Smoking is abnormal ,not to smoke is normal, I will qualify that…do you think it’s normal to inhale poisonous toxins in your body when you know they are poisonous? Would you eat food that was a week past it’s sell by date? No, you wouldn’t so why would you think it’s normal to smoke?

So you may be thinking “what does this person know about smokers?What gives him the right to call me abnormal?”. I used to smoke 40 cigarettes a day I was “abnormal” for years until I stopped with hypnosis!


Hypnotherapy works by putting you in a relaxed state where your mind is open to positive suggestions where then I look to change your thought process by making these affirmations such as you are now a non smoker and you will have no desire to smoke.
Smoking is also about habits that hypnotherapy will help you change. If you think about the habits attached to your smoking, eg after a meal, with a drink, talking on the phone, as a reward for completing a task or taking a break from your office or work place.
These habits need to stop…if you keep doing the same thing you will get the same results, change your mind to change your life!


As stated people are aware that smoking is bad for them so why aren’t they able to just stop? The root of the addiction is not with the conscious mind but with the subconscious.
The subconscious wants what is best for you and is open to change but will need instructing which can be done through hypnosis.
